🎯 Your Contribution
- Validate and Implement state-of-the-art robot learning approaches, for example Diffusion Policy Learning and Reinforcement Learning.
- Iteratively design and implement setups for efficient teaching of robot learning models together with a team of engineers of different backgrounds.
- Integrate your models with our robot control APIs, ROS2 and other tools.
- Set up simulation with Isaac Sim / Nvidia Omniverse.
- Investigate and evaluate the latest AI approaches in robotics.
- Continuously optimize and enhance our robots abilities in regards to performance, quality and skills.
- Contribute significantly to groundbreaking developments in the applied (home) robotics field.
💪 Your Profile
- A minimum of 3 years of work experience in the field of Robotics or Machine Learning or a PhD in Robot Learning, Autonomous Systems, Machine Learning, Reinforcement Learning, Motion Control or similar.
- A degree in Robotics, Autonomous Systems, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience with ROS2, MoveIt2, Drake or Omniverse Isaac Sim for simulation and robotic system development is a plus.
- Determination to achieve something significant with a small team in a very specific niche, that outperforms solutions of very well established big tech players.
- A genuine passion for new technologies and the robotics industry.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- A "Can-Do Attitude" and a candid approach to mistakes.
- Team spirit and excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Willingness to relocate to Dresden, Germany, to work hand in hand with our core team.
